As part of the TURKIYE CENTURY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE, the SİVAS Demirağ Organized Industrial Zone, the first and only Organized Industrial Center with a railway network, will see the construction of a factory on a 20,000 m2 plot of land. The factory will initially be built with a closed area of 5,310 m2.
The factory building can be expanded up to 20,000 m2 of enclosed space as needed. The building is being constructed with a steel structure, and its roof will be suitable for the construction of a solar power plant (SPP) to meet its own energy needs.
